HOW CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

Log into your Member Account and select My Orders for a list of previous orders. You can simply enter your order number or use the date range to search for specific orders. Click the order number you wish to track; this will display your order details including the status and tracking numbers. If your order has been shipped, click on the tracking/date link for further information on your order. You will be redirected to the StarTrack website for tracking.

Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which includes your consignment tracking number.

Unfortunately, international orders are currently not available.

 

I AM UNABLE TO MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE

Ensure that you have downloaded the latest updates for your browser.  If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our online customer service team.

 

I AM UNABLE TO VIEW THE PRODUCT IMAGES

Ensure that www.jimytools.com.au is added to your list of trusted websites on your internet browser. This will remove any blocks that are restricting you from viewing images.

 

I AM UNABLE TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT

Ensure that you are trying to log into your account with the email address you signed up with. If you are still unable to log in, try the following:

  • Go to the login link at the top right hand corner of page and then click “Lost Password?” Enter your email address and we will send you instructions.
  • If you are still unable to login to your account, clear the cookies in your internet browser.

 

MY PAYMENT METHOD WAS NOT ACCEPTED

Ensure that you have submitted the correct credit card, card identification number and expiry date. Also check that you have sufficient funds in your account. If you are still having problems, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank. If all else fails, contact our friendly online Customer Service Team.

HOW DO I ENTER A PROMO CODE?

All valid promotional codes need to be keyed into the “Coupon” field within the shopping cart.

 

DO I HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

If you are new to Jimy Tools and don’t wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper. By shopping as a guest you are not remembered as a member and you will miss out on future promotions, new product launches and special offers. If you are not a member, you will be required to complete your details every time that you want to place an order with Jimy Tools.

 

I BELIEVE MY EMAIL PROVIDER HAS BLOCKED JIMY TOOLS ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS

  • Check that Jimy Tools is added to your contacts or safe list and removed from your junk email.
  • Resubmit your query and make sure you have entered a valid email in the contact us form.

Check that you have signed up with the correct and valid email address by signing into your account.
