Direct Shipping Terms & Conditions

Before you proceed, please take note of the following shipping terms & conditions.

Thank you for choosing to have your Jimy Tools order shipped via the Direct Shipping or Pick Up Options.



Adelaide warehouse pick up option is only for orders to be collected from 5 Cord Street, Dudley Park SA 5008, otherwise freight fees apply. Pick up times are from 9am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.



All of our parcels are sent via StarTrack with an ATL (Authority to Leave) and covers most areas (excluding ACT and Tasmania). Items cannot be sent to a PO Box or C/O Post Office and a street delivery address must be provided where possible. Additional freight charges may be applied for PO Box deliveries and to regional/remote delivery addresses when no other option is available.


Please make sure that there will be someone to accept the delivery of your item, or that you specify a safe place for the driver to leave your order.


We would like to point out that for some of Jimy Tools Tool Kits or Tool Boxes extra freight fees may apply depending on regional location, volume of order and unloading requirements eg if you require tailgate delivery.


Be aware that it is a requirement that consignments which weigh over 60Kg will require a tailgate if a forklift is not available. Freight charges applicable for tailgate bookings. Alternatively, delivery to a suitable depot can be organised.


If you have purchased one of our awesome Jimy Tool Kits or Jimy Tool Boxes one of our friendly staff will contact you to organise your delivery and confirm freight charges.



Jimy Finance is not available for any Web Only product orders.

A freight fee is applicable and will be charged for all Joel’s Garage Gear & JAG Compressor orders or any other affiliated partner.

Bulky Item Freight fee will apply to all products over 60Kg. A freight charge of $99 (inc GST) will be charged for Direct Shipping orders located within the Metropolitan delivery area of any Capital City (excluding ACT and Tasmania).

Additional freight charges are applicable for regional/remote delivery addresses, tailgates and over-sized pallets.

Click & Collect is no longer available.



What will happen if I return an item purchased with a e-Gift Card? If any product purchased with a e-Gift Card is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original e-Gift Card balance.



The Transit Insurance covers damage and/or loss of property whilst in transit.

12.06.2020 - Dear customers, due to unprecedented demand all orders currently have a longer than usual processing time.

At the time your order was placed expected processing time was 1-3 business days, plus delivery time.

Current processing times are approximately 5 – 7 business days, plus delivery time (excluding any Pre-Orders or Web Only orders)
