Jimy Tools reserves the right to apply a 15% re-stocking fee to any returns excluding Warranty or any manufactory faults.
Jimy Tools are confident that you will be absolutely delighted with the quality and value of our products. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason, you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price, excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by Jimy Tools). Please note that delivery costs for items purchased online on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from your refund along with the return delivery cost, if this has been arranged by Jimy Tools. It is at the sole discretion of Jimy Tools if returns are accepted.
Returns need to be booked with Jimy Tools in advance so that we can provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number for tracking purposes. To book a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item by sending an email to customerservice@jimytools.com.au along with photos of your product in its original packaging and we will get back to your with further instructions.
Please note that items requiring assembly need to be disassembled and placed back into original packaging to be eligible for a return under this guarantee. If you want to check a colour or feature of your product, please do this in a way that does not require assembly.
Any Jimy Tools products which have been changed or altered from their original condition will not be accepted in accordance with this policy.
If Jimy Tools accepts a return in packaging other than the original packaging, at our discretion, a minimum repackaging fee of $50 will apply or a 15% restocking fee will be applicable. In such cases you would be responsible for ensuring the product is packaged in a manner that would prevent damage during transit. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of receiving your item back, pending approval.
Note that the “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” only applies to purchases made online through www.jimytools.com.au and are physically in your possession.
If you believe that a product that you have purchased from the Jimy Tools website is faulty please see Jimy Tools “Warranty” page, which sets out the minimum remedies that Jimy Tools will provide to you if you buy a faulty product from Jimy Tools. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may extend beyond these time periods.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches Jimy Tools.
- For your own protection, Jimy Tools recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- Delivery charges are not refundable, unless the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- The cost of returning the item to Jimy Tools is your responsibility
