Jimy Industrial only ships in Australia.

Delivery times vary depending on your order. Jimy Industrial endeavour to dispatch orders which are fully paid and the products are in stock within 48 hours from our warehouse, however delivery times vary based on dispatch method.

Jimy Industrial is currently estimated delivery at between 7 – 10 working days dues to delays caused by COVID-19 and based on advice received from our freight partners. Jimy Industrial will contact you immediately, should there be any delay to your order expected delivery time.

Jimy Industrial is currently experiencing some delays in receipt of products from our overseas partners due to the limitations imposed during COVID-19 restrictions. We are working very closely with our overseas supply partners to mitigate any further lengthy delays.


Adelaide warehouse pick up option is only for orders to be collected from 5 Cord Street, Dudley Park SA 5008, otherwise freight fees apply. Pick up times are from 9am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.


All of our parcels are sent via StarTrack with an ATL (Authority to Leave) and covers most areas (excluding ACT and Tasmania). Items cannot be sent to a PO Box or C/O Post Office and a street delivery address must be provided where possible. Additional freight charges may be applied for PO Box deliveries and to regional/remote delivery addresses when no other option is available.

Please make sure that there will be someone to accept the delivery of your item, or that you specify a safe place for the driver to leave your order.

We would like to point out that for some of Jimy Tools Tool Kits or Tool Boxes extra freight fees may apply depending on regional location, volume of order and unloading requirements eg if you require tailgate delivery.

Be aware that it is a requirement that consignments which weigh over 60Kg will require a tailgate if a forklift is not available. Freight charges applicable for tailgate bookings. Alternatively, delivery to a suitable depot can be organised.

Jimy Finance is not available for any Web Only product orders.

A freight fee is applicable and will be charged for all Joel’s Garage Gear & JAG Compressor orders or any other affiliated partner.

Bulky Item Freight fee will apply to all products over 60Kg. A freight charge of $99 (inc GST) will be charged for Direct Shipping orders located within the Metropolitan delivery area of any Capital City (excluding ACT and Tasmania).

Additional freight charges are applicable for regional/remote delivery addresses, tailgates and over-sized pallets.

What will happen if I return an item purchased with a e-Gift Card? If any product purchased with a e-Gift Card is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original e-Gift Card balance.


The Transit Insurance covers damage and/or loss of property whilst in transit. Jimy Industrial Pty Ltd will cover the cost of replacement of missing goods at no extra cost to the customer.

Goods are sent out in perfect condition but unfortunately, occasionally damage can occur to consignments in transit and they may arrive damaged; this is the procedure if this has just happened to you.

If your goods are being delivered by parcel or pallet;

1. You can refuse the delivery – if there is obvious damage to the packaging and if you believe the damage has made the goods unusable then you have the right to refuse the delivery.

a. Contact us as soon as possible on 08 8269 9700 or via email. Please take photos of the damage before refusing it, so that we can pass these on to the freight company. Please email them to us at as soon as possible.

b. By refusing to accept the delivery, the goods will be returned to Jimy Industrial for inspection.

c. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, Jimy Industrial Pty Ltd will organise for delivery of your order.

2. If you sign for the goods without mentioning the damage, in the terms and conditions of our freight carrier the goods are signed for in good condition and a claim cannot be made with our freight carrier. Therefore we are unable to claim for the goods sent out. So it is vital if you suspect damage to the goods then inform the delivery driver to make a note on his paperwork that it is damaged, before you sign and accept your delivery.

3. If no one was on site to sign for the goods as damaged

a. Contact us as soon as you can inspect the goods on 08 8269 9700 or via email

b. Please take as many photos as possible and send them to

c. We will contact you with further instructions & organise to pick up your damaged consignment to return to our warehouse.

d. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, Jimy Industrial Pty Ltd will organise for delivery of your order.


Note that the cost of applying the sticker is not included in the cost of some tool boxes or tool kits. Any signwriter can apply this sticker at an estimated cost of $80/hr
