OPERATION
- Position and securely support the workpiece on the press bed.
- Adjust the working bed to the required height.
- Centre the workpiece beneath the press head wherever possible.
- Confirm that the hydraulic system and controls are ready for operation.
- Operate the electric hydraulic pump to lower the ram until it contacts the workpiece.
- Apply pressure gradually while monitoring the pressure gauge. Never exceed the rated capacity.
- Once the task is complete, release the hydraulic pressure gradually and retract the ram.
- Ensure the workpiece remains stable while the pressure is released.
- Remove the workpiece only after the ram has fully retracted.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- This press should only be operated by trained and experienced users.
- Never exceed the 50-tonne rated capacity.
- Ensure the required electrical supply is installed and connected correctly.
- Inspect the press, hydraulic system and electrical components before each use.
