Product Summary
The Jimy Tools Hammerhead 1 Ton Manual Spring Compressor is designed to compress compatible MacPherson strut and shock absorber coil springs during suspension servicing, spring replacement and strut repairs. Its manually pumped, foot-operated hydraulic system provides controlled compression without requiring a compressed air supply.
Suitable for compatible passenger car, SUV and 4WD springs, including modified coilover springs within the specified diameter range. Two sets of cast steel saddles accommodate spring outer diameters from 100 to 160 mm. Suitability depends on spring dimensions, secure saddle engagement and the compression force required.

Suitability and Use
Not suitable for heavy-duty off-road springs or large truck springs. Springs below 100 mm outer diameter are outside the stated range. The 3-tonne cylinder output does not increase the machine’s maximum 1-tonne spring compression rating.
Securely bolt the unit to the workshop floor before use. Select the correct saddles, securely seat the coils and attach both safety chains. Follow the supplied manual, inspect the equipment before each use and never exceed the rated capacity.
