PRODUCT SUMMARY:
The Jimy Tools Hammerhead 50,000kg Air/Hydraulic Pro Workshop Press is a professional-grade press designed for heavy-duty automotive, industrial, agricultural and fabrication applications.
Delivering a powerful 50-tonne pressing capacity, it combines manual hydraulic control with pneumatic air-assisted operation. The linkage steel foot pedal enables convenient hands-free operation, making it easier to position and support components during pressing tasks.
The adjustable working bed offers a working-height range of 0–920mm, accommodating components of various sizes. A 245mm side-travelling ram provides additional flexibility when working with off-centre components, while the integrated pressure gauge allows the operator to monitor pressing force.
With a heavy-duty freestanding steel frame, 730mm clear width between the uprights and a 230mm-deep working bed, this press is ideal for demanding professional workshop environments.

OPERATION
- Position and securely support the workpiece on the press bed.
- Adjust the working bed to the required height.
- Position the side-travelling ram directly above the pressing point.
- Close the hydraulic release valve.
- Use the manual pump or pneumatic foot pedal to lower the ram until it contacts the workpiece.
- Apply pressure gradually while monitoring the pressure gauge. Never exceed the press’s rated capacity.
- Slowly open the release valve to release the pressure and retract the ram.
- Ensure the workpiece remains stable as the pressure is released.
- Remove the workpiece only after the ram has fully retracted.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- This press should only be operated by trained and experienced users.
- Never exceed the 50-tonne rated capacity.
- Inspect the press before each use and tighten any loose fasteners.
- Do not operate the press if any component is worn, damaged or leaking.
- Ensure the press is positioned on a firm, level and load-bearing surface.
- Always centre the load beneath the press head wherever possible.
- Ensure the workpiece is correctly supported and remains stable throughout the pressing operation.
- Never compress springs or unstable objects that may be ejected under pressure.
- Keep hands and other body parts clear of the working area and moving components.
- Apply pressure gradually and monitor the pressure gauge during operation.
- Always wear suitable personal protective equipment, including eye protection and safety footwear
